These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LEOTEOR Telecom Marketplace (the “Platform”), operated by LEOTEOR LLC (“LEOTEOR”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Platform Overview
LEOTEOR is a B2B marketplace connecting customers, contractors, and admins for telecom and infrastructure workflows.
The Platform may include:
- job posting and bidding
- contractor onboarding and company profiles
- insurance and certification management
- contractor approval workflows
- team and workforce management
- paid subscriptions and related billing features
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Roles
The Platform may provide access based on your role, including customer, contractor, and admin. Different features and permissions may apply to different roles.
5. Jobs and Bids
Customers may create jobs and contractors may submit bids. LEOTEOR does not guarantee that any job will receive bids or that any bid will be accepted.
6. Contractor Compliance
Contractors may upload insurance documents, COIs, certifications, and related files. Expired, missing, rejected, or invalid documents may limit access, visibility, or bidding rights.
7. Subscription and Paid Features
Some Platform features may require payment, subscription, or custom commercial terms. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by the applicable billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information or documents
- impersonate another person or company
- bypass platform rules, approvals, or security
- upload malware or harmful content
- use the Platform unlawfully or fraudulently
9. Platform Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform, including features, pricing, subscriptions, permissions, and workflows.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, interface, branding, workflows, text, and design, is owned by LEOTEOR or its licensors and is protected by law.
11. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful bids, contractor approval, or business results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEOTEOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or operational risk, or misuse the Platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert state], without regard to conflict of law rules.
